Return and Refund Policy

At Brandywine Soap Co., we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted soaps. Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on soap or other body care items once they leave our shop.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Terms of Return

  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
     
  • Returns of physical products are not accepted for health and safety reasons.
  • We do not refund based on the smell of the soap. We offer detailed descriptions of everything we add to our soaps. When you purchase, it's understood that you know the scent.
     

Reasons for Refund

  • You received the wrong product.
     
  • The product was made unusable during shipping.
     
  • There is another issue with your order (to be reviewed individually).
     

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.

Refund Process
